Draper Canine Therapy® Dog Coats are a cool-coat for canines in a lightweight breathable design offering a convenient way to deliver therapeutic benefits to your canine for all day relief. Works great as a layering item or immersed in water to help cool even the hottest pooch. The Draper Canine Therapy Dog Coat contains 50% Celliant® (Polyester), 50% Hydrotec. Celliant® is the world's most technologically advanced fiber which contains a proprietary blend of minerals which have been extruded into a polyester fiber. Celliant encourages not only alleviation of pain and other negative symptoms, but is an actual improvement of the body's natural systems. Celliant's oxygen studies were done independently by three separate doctors and all tests came to the same conclusion: Celliant increases tissue oxygen levels which has been shown to increase performance, relieve pain and improve muscle recovery. A separate study has also shown a statistically significant reduction in pain associated with diabetic neuropathy, arthritis and other conditions caused by poor blood circulation. One key mineral in Celliant is titanium dioxide which is a photocatalyst, or light absorbing mineral. Electromagnetic energy given off by the body is absorbed (typically in the infrared and visible light ranges) and then reemitted into the body with modified wavelengths. This energy is then able to reach more deeply into the tissue due to the increased refraction and light scattering properties of the minerals in Celliant. In the tissue, the energy vasodilates blood vessels and allows more oxygenated blood flow to reach poorly circulating areas. The increased blood flow and tissue oxygen levels help muscles and joints combat stiffness, soreness and edema caused by aging, injury or arthritis. Products containing Celliant have no adverse effects as they work directly with the body to enable it to be more effective and as such can be used continually. Made in the USA. The Draper Canine Therapy Dog Coats are machine washable and dryer safe. They are available in a variety of sizes- S (12", 14", 16", 18"), M (20", 22", 24", 26") and L (28", 30", 32"). When measuring your dog, measure from the nape of the neck to the base of the tail.

Wonder Coat June 21, 2014
Reviewer: Jenn Kelly from Wareham, MA United States
Our dog Vegas has been suffering from a muscle disorder in her neck for the last year.  We have tried almost everything medical under the sun to help her and sadly nothing worked. In the past few months we turned to holistic methods. Best idea ever. The Draper coat was recommended by my aunt and we are quite happy we gave it a try. When we received the jacket we placed it on Vegas immediately. Within on hour the hot uncomfortable dog found peace. For the first time in almost a year Vegas relaxed enough to sleep though the night. It was an amazing thing. Now with a routine of acupuncture, chiropractors and her Draper coat, Vegas is on a very happy road to recovery! Thanks Draper.

Draper Canine Therapy Dog Coat April 3, 2014
Reviewer: Lori Bennett from Sugar Land, TX United States
We have a 10 year old Pomeranian who loves to go to the dog park each weekend.  He is adamant about chasing the ball the entire time that we are there.  We always had to give him pain medication after a day at the park.  Now I put the coat on him the day before and also when we return from the park.  No pain medicine needed!

Good product February 18, 2013

I have an older dog with various health issues.  I decided to try the canine therapy coat on her.  She has only been wearing it for about a week, so it's still a bit early to evaluate it's therapeutic properties.  I can say it is well made, and fits well based on the size chart.  "Chase" seems to enjoy wearing it, I put it on her in the morning and leave it on all day.  She tends to get hot easily, but has stayed very comfortable wearing it the entire day.  I am also anxious to test it out in warmer weather as a 'cool coat'.
